When taking the brave step to see a counsellor, sometimes it's difficult to know where to start. In remote or regional areas, this can be especially challenging, since often your available options can be quite limited.
The following Christian counsellors are trusted friends who offer remote counselling via Skype or FaceTime. They are not employed by Matt Boulton, and Matt receives no financial gain for bookings directed from this site. The list is merely a resource to assist those in remote areas who are otherwise unable to access an appropriate counsellor.

Richard works with men, couples and their families, and specialises in burn-out, depression, anxiety, trauma and grief, as well as relationship issues. Richard has a masters in counselling and has a decade of experience, and is CEO of The Centre for Men and Families. He has a background as a senior pastor and is married to his wife Judy and has three adult sons.

Wendy has a special interest in working with issues of
trauma, grief and loss. She is also available for men, women or adolescents
with issues around relationships, depression, anxiety and personal goals. She
has a particular interest in expressive therapies. Wendy has a passion for
helping all kinds of people to reach a place of wholeness and healing, and is
available for one hour sessions on Skype.

Sandra Tate has been working as a professional counsellor since 2014 and is a registered member with the Australian Counselling Association. Sandra is also a qualified trainer/assessor with the Australian Institute of Family Counselling. Sandra counsels for most issues specialising in addictions/sexual addictions, anxiety, depression and grief & loss. Her qualifications include: Diploma of Counselling and Family Therapy, Advanced Diploma of Family Counselling and Graduate Certificate in Counselling and Family Therapy.
